Weekly Camp Schedule

8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

+ Position-Specific Drills & Development

+ Focus on individual skills for quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, linemen, and other positions

+ Sessions include: Technique improvement & footwork drills Skill enhancement specific to each position

10:00 AM - 10:20 AM

+ Snack Break - Participants can enjoy a light snack and hydration break. Snacks will be provided, but campers are encouraged to bring their own if they have dietary restrictions.

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

+ Competitions & Games Team-based and individual competitions to reinforce skills learned during drills

+ Activities may include: 5-on-5 scrimmages

Accuracy, speed, & agility challenges Flag football and other team-building games
