Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which package to sign up for?
All programming is split by grade level:
• 401: 6th grade and up
• 301: 3rd–6th grade
• 201: 2nd–3rd grade
• 101: Kindergarten–1st grade
Do my 301 or 401 packages renew?
Yes. All 301 and 401 packages automatically renew one month after purchase. You will be billed automatically and receive a new set of sessions.
What does a training session look like?
401: 25 minutes of small‑group training followed by 30 minutes
on the shooting machines. Sessions focus on footwork, decision‑making,
shooting form, and gameplay.
101 / 201 / 301: One‑hour group sessions focusing on shooting,
footwork, ball handling, decision‑making, and overall skill development.
Can a family share a package?
Yes. Immediate family members can share a 401 or 301 package.
Sessions can be split however the family chooses.
If a family has both a 401 and a 301 player, separate packages are required.
What are the training hours at the MG facility?
MG 401 Program – School Year Hours (6th graders & up)
Monday–Friday: 3:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
MG 401 Program – Summer Hours (6th graders & up)
Daily: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Monday & Thursday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
What is the refund policy?
Any package that automatically renews is non‑refundable.
What is the package cancellation policy?
Packages must be cancelled at least five (5) days before your renewal date.

Here is what is included:
1). Training Sessions: Trainers will put players through a session, 25 minutes of small group training followed by 30 minutes on the shooting machines. Trainings will focus on skill development, decision making, shot form, and gameplay.

There are four spots available every half hour. Sessions become available seven days prior to their start. Ex. On a Tuesday at 4pm, the following Tuesday’s 4pm session will become available.
