We are seeking motivated Facility Directors, Skill Development Trainers & Interns that are searching for a unique opportunity to work and flourish at our Training Facilities. Opportunities
FACILITY DIRECTOR
Facility Directors are responsible for member and trainer relations on court. They should possess exceptional people skills, clear communication, and be able to provide a positive environment. Facility Directors are in charge of leading sessions. They use their skills and basketball knowledge to train youth, high school, and college players foundational and advanced skills.

LEAD TRAINER
Lead Trainers have a strong interest in working with youth, high school and college athletes, in an electric atmosphere utilizing proven next level training.
MBT Lead Trainers will use their skills to run sessions. Lead Trainers will bring energy, knowledge, and personability to provide members with the best experience possible. This opportunity includes a very competitive industry level salary along with personal development growth and promotions plan that can’t be matched.
INTERNSHIP
The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in working with youth athletes in an electric atmosphere utilizing proven next level training.
This opportunity includes personal development growth, free membership, and potential for future growth within MBT.
MBT Interns are active leaders during each training session. Interns communicate effectively, bring energy and enthusiasm to every workout and always are willing to lend a helping hand to provide the best member experience for our athletes. Upon completion of the program, interns are equipped with the knowledge and expertise that can provide future opportunities and growth within the company.
