Members will receive access to Coach Nic's training app, with access to at home pitching workouts.

One on ones with Coach Nic

  • Only members get access to one on one lessons with Coach Nic

  • In-Season Velocity:

    • Focused sessions on footwork, leg and hip drive, and rotational sequencing to increase power, efficiency and mph

    • Body weight workouts scaled to your level

    • Designed to maintain velocity while in season

4 in-person lessons/month at your skill level

  • 1 month access to each session

  • 1 Video breakdown (virtual assessment) per month

  • 1 Online specific lesson to the student (prescribed by coach) per month

Training App Access

  • 1 Video breakdown (virtual assessment) per month

Pitching:

One on one pitching instruction with one of our highly trained BCA instructors, based around the internal rotational style of pitching. BCA Owner, former OU Sooner and lead pitching instructor, Coach Nicole Denes, consults with our instructors regularly to ensure lesson and development follow BCA's overall philosophy and style.

Catching:

One on one hitting instruction with from one of our highly trained BCA hitting instructors. At BCA, our instructors work AS A TEAM. All instructors consult on a regular basis, which means your athlete's strengths and areas of improvement are being addressed across the board. All instructors follow BCA's overall philosophy and style.

Hitting:

One on one catching instruction with a BCA instructor. Please bring your own catching equipment and glove to every session, come ready to WORK!

Rookie

  • Less than 1 year of formal training and experience

  • Athleticism, coordination and softball-specific movements are not yet natural

  • Typically our younger athletes, ages 7-10, but not limited to

Foundations

  • More than 1 year of formal training and experience

  • Softball-specific movements are becoming natural

    • Pitchers are able to throw to catchers and throw some strikes

    • Hitters are able to make contact off of front toss

  • Typically 10u to first-year 12u athletes, but not limited to

Intermediate

  • Softball-specific movements are fairly natural

  • The intermediate athlete tends to lack strength, explosiveness, and consistency

  • Typically the second-year 12u to middle school-aged athletes, but not limited to

Advanced

  • Softball-specific movements are very natural

  • Mechanical work involves small adjustments, working toward consistency with micromechanics and mental focus/approach

  • Typically high school to collegiate athletes, but not limited to
