Do I have to buy a new membership at the end of my month?

No. Your membership will automatically renew 4 weeks from the date you purchased.

If I don't use a membership credit will it rollover to the next month?

4X/month members can have a max of 2 credits roll into the next month, one time, if necessary.

Can I reschedule my sessions?

YES! Cancel your scheduled session within 24 hours of the date of the session, and you will receive your credit back to reschedule, as long as your membership is current and active.

How much notice is required if I need to cancel?

24 HOURS. We keep our sessions small and intimate, but this means that keeping enough spots for all of our members is a delicate dance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, you will be considered a "late cancel", and your credit cannot be used to rebook.

What if there is inclement weather?

We will make the call by noon of that day if our sessions will run or not. If we run them, it is up to you to decide if it is safe enough for you to attend. If we cancel due to weather, we will be getting with you regarding rescheduling options. Messages will be sent via email, text and social media.
